I’m an art psychotherapist, trauma therapist, speaker, writer, and educator with a particular interest in the places where creativity, identity, relationships, and psychological healing intersect.
My work is grounded in the belief that people are complex, and therapy should be able to hold that complexity. I draw from art therapy, trauma-informed practice, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-informed approaches, while adapting the work to the individual rather than forcing people into a single model.
I’m especially interested in working with people navigating trauma, neurodivergence, identity, relationships, major life transitions, and the experience of trying to make sense of patterns that have often existed for years.
Creativity is an important part of my professional identity, but not because I believe every problem can be solved by making art. I’m interested in what creativity can reveal, organize, communicate, and transform when words alone are not enough.
Alongside clinical work, I speak, teach, write, and develop resources around art psychotherapy, trauma, neurodivergence, relationships, and mental health. I’m particularly drawn to work that challenges oversimplified narratives and makes psychological ideas more useful in real life.
